Meet Our Founder
My name is Dan Velasquez, and I am the owner and CEO of CAS Construction and Renovations. I am a native Oregonian and have lived my entire life in the Portland Metro area.
My construction career began 20 years ago while working for a local builder, overseeing all aspects of new home construction. I enjoyed that job very much, and it was there that my passion for home renovations began.
In 2013, I took the leap and started my own company. I enjoy helping folks create their dream home, whether it’s one room at a time or an entire home. I am very hands-on with every project and personally oversee every step of the construction process.
